My first startup, deep in the bedrock. PlayVision (YC F25) turns basketball film into analytics, and I worked the unglamorous layer that makes computer vision actually work: precise labeling of game film for model fine-tuning, then collaborating with the data science team to turn model outputs into analytics clients could rely on. I also analyzed market trends to inform the company’s entry strategy. First lesson in data work meaning nothing until it changes a decision.
